A Toboggan is a vehicle that Dixie and Kiddy Kong use in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and Donkey Kong Land III. They replace the Mine Carts and Skull Carts from the previous games.

Toboggans give the Kongs a wild throughout stages. They do not stop regardless of controller input. What makes them unique from regular mine carts is, that the toboggan can hook onto the ceiling when jumping towards a railway on the ceiling. To get back down, the player has to press B and hold down on the directional button(s).
