Target Terror is the second stage in Krazy Kremland, the twenty-first stage in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, and the nineteenth stage in Donkey Kong Land 2. It is preceded by Hornet Hole and is followed by Bramble Scramble in the original, or by Bramble Blast in the remake.
Overview[]
In this stage, Diddy and Dixie ride a Skull Cart. Check and X Barrels make an appearance here. The Kongs must jump onto the Check Barrel to open the gate, but should not jump onto the X Barrel because the gate is already open. Jumping in it will result in the gate closing and one of the Kongs being defeated.

Letter K: In the air before the first Check Barrel. It can be reached by jumping on a Flitter. Letter O: Found right after the first Bonus Level. Letter N: Located right before a broken part of the track. Letter G: Located right after finishing the second Bonus Level, next to a Blast Barrel.
DK Coin: Hidden behind a wooden wall after the letter N.

- The title of this stage was later used for a title of an arcade rail shooter game.
- This is the only roller coaster type level in the game where the Kongs must transfer from one Skull Cart to another, similar to Mine Cart Madness from the prequel. The other two levels Rickety Race and Haunted Hall have the Kongs jump from one end of a track to another while still on the Skull Cart similar to Mine Cart Carnage from the prequel as well.
