Ruler is an enemy in Donkey Kong 64. They are yellow stick blocks with an inverted green triangle, a blue rectangle, a red star, and a purple circle found in the level Frantic Factory. They can only be encountered in the Toy Monster's area. This enemy as no means of attack other than approaching Chunky Kong and touching him.
