Mincers are annoying spike-ball enemies exclusive to Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Land. They spin rapidly, usually moving and floating, as objects which should never be touched. It's interesting to note they function somewhat like Zingers, but are much more threatening due to the fact that they're completely invincible; not even a TNT Barrel can damage it.
They are not found in most levels, appearing in a few later levels, though when they are, Mincers are usually the main enemy or feature in the level. Namely, "Torchlight Trouble", "Poison Pond", and "Manic Mincers", and in Donkey Kong Land, the level "Spiky Tire Trail".
