Krem Cauldron is the second world found in Donkey Kong Land 2 that is a fusion of Crocodile Cauldron and Krem Quay after Crocodile Isle sank into the ocean and rose back up again. The reason the two worlds were merged was because of the Game Boy's system limitations. The boss in this area is Kleever while Kudgel from Krem Quay doesn't appear in the game at all because, again, the system limitations.
This world has ten stages total with five coming from Crocodile Cauldron and five from Krem Quay plus a boss stage, making it the highest count of any stages in a world in the entire game. The stage, Bramble Blast was relocated to Krazy Kremland as the third stage of that world in the game. This place also features many volcanoes featuring the volcano part and the swamp part on the left with the sunken, broken ship from Krem Quay.

Trivia
- This is the only world in Donkey Kong Land 2 that doesn't appear in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest as Krem Quay and Crocodile Cauldron were merged.
