Inka Dinka Doo is a talking stone totem, appearing only in the Donkey Kong Country animated series. The Inka Dinka Doo temple is where Donkey Kong found the crystal coconut. It was Inka Dinka who selected Donkey Kong to be future ruler of Kongo Bongo Island. He appears as a stone column on which expressions are featured. This stone block turns around to show one of four emotions.
He appears to take the role of Kongo Bongo's local diety and appears to actively seek to ensure the welfare of the island itself and the good people that inhabit it usually by calling Donkey Kong in an attempt to prepare him for an upcoming calamity or incident, however he can be very cryptic and vague in his approach to doing so which can lead Donkey Kong to misinterpret his messages or for the reasons behind his actions not being clear until a later point. Despite his favor for the Kongs, he can be extremely temperamental and will dish out severe punishment to anyone in the vicinity regardless if they did didn't perform the act that upset him.
He appears to have knowledge of everything that goes on within Kongo Bongo, including events yet to take place, and can send out his voice throughout the island to call individuals he seeks to meet with. He also appears to have complete control over everything within his temple, including the countless hidden mechanisms and booby traps which he often uses to punish those that displease him.
