Dan Spider is a enemy that appears in the game Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. It is a spider with a orange and brown color scheme, eight legs, and three blue eyes.

Dan Spider are only found in Catcus Mine, Battle for Storm Hill and Asteroid Belt.
In the game, the enemy moves around by sidestepping on its two largest legs which are covered in spikes. When it is on screen, the background music changes to a piano solo or dramatic violin piece. Dan Spider will harm Donkey Kong if he touches its spikes. To defeat it, Donkey Kong must rapidly punch its center eye twenty times. Dan Spider leaves behind eight bananas upon its defeat.
