The Collect the Prizes! title screen from Donkey Kong Country (GBA)
Collect the Prizes! is a type of Bonus Stage from the SNES version of Donkey Kong Country, as well as the GBA version of Donkey Kong Country.
In this Bonus Stage, the player is sent to an area, ranging from sizes of large to small, containing helpful items. Most of the time, these Bonus Stages contain Bananas, Banana Bunches, K-O-N-G Letters, and Extra Life Balloons. Noncollectable items such as Barrel Cannons and Tires also appear in these Bonus Stages.
The player does not need to collect all the Prizes, though. They could leave the Bonus Stage without collecting any Prizes, and the game's percentage would not be affected.
