In Donkey Kong Country 2, it is preceded by Target Terror and followed by Rickety Race, while in Donkey Kong Land 2, it is preceded by Rickety Race and followed by Mudhole Marsh.
Overview[]
It is the second bramble stage in both games, forcing the Kongs to avoid harm from touching the brambles. Squawks the Parrot also appear here to help out Diddy and Dixie Kong to traverse a section of the stage. In Donkey Kong Country 2, an Animal Barrel for Squitter the Spider can also be found by taking a secret path. Enemies here in Donkey Kong Country 2 include Zingers, Kloaks, Krooks, Kannons, Flitters, Click-Clacks and Mini-Neckies. In Donkey Kong Land 2, enemies are Zingers, Flitters, Krooks and Click-Clacks.
Walkthrough[]
Collectables and Secrets[]
Donkey Kong Country 2[]
DK Coin[]
Hidden before the Star Barrel is a secret shortcut, which sees the player transform into Squitter the Spider, and then go into a room full of bananas. If the player looks closely, they will find a singular banana off to the side, which leads them to another secret area, containing the DK Coin and an invisible Extra Life Balloon.
Golden Feather[]
In the Game Boy Advance version of Donkey Kong Country 2, there is a Golden Feather hidden above a yellow Zinger, which is flying near a red one. It is located somewhere after the DK coin.
Donkey Kong Land 2[]
DK Coin[]
In this version of the stage, the DK Coin is hidden in a room blocked off by Zingers, just a little ways after the "N" of the K-O-N-G Letters. The player must use Squawks the Parrot to bash the baddies and get the coin.

Trivia[]
- In the Super Family Computer/Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of the game Donkey Kong Country 2, the stage's background is darkened, probably due to this world taking place at night. This change was omitted from the Game Boy Advance version of the same game, due to the night time theme not being present.
- Similar to how there are two different versions of the stage Jungle Hijinxs between the games Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, respectively, there is other version of Bramble Scramble in the game Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.
