Aron Tager

Aron Tager, born on June 30, 1934, and died on February 28, 2019, was an North American actor, poet, artist and sculptor. He provided the voice of the character Cranky Kong in the English version of the Donkey Kong Country animated series.

Life, Career and Death[]

Aron Tager was born in Brooklyn, New York, and he then moved to Canada in pursuit of joining the sculpting industry, which he then began working on many theatre productions. While taking a hiatus in the pursuit of film instead of being in the art industry, he and his wife Ann Page have been involved in many works, such as the 2000 movie X-Men[1]. He also provide voices for characters in many animated works, including the Donkey Kong Country animated series, where he voices Cranky Kong. Tager passed away in 2019 on February from an unknown cause. He had four stepchildren and seven grandchildren with his wife.
